High Chrome White Irons

Several grades with Chromium ranging from 14 to 28%, including Molybdenum bearing grades. Chromium-Carbon ratios are strictly controlled to provide the required balance of impact toughness and unmatched abrasion resistance.

High Carbon Alloy Steels

Quenched and tempered Chromium alloy steels give prolonged wear life in medium impact applications.

Martensitic Steels

Quenched and tempered Cr-Ni-Mo alloy steels with medium carbon contents which combine excellent mechanical properties with good wear-resistance.

Manganese Steels

Our broad range of Manganese steels also finds many applications is impact crushing, especially in larger crushers with higher impact loading where work-hardening is able to take place, giving the toughest wear-resistant products available.

The grade selection is based on product application, selection thickness and past experience to give the most cost effective crushing solution. Materials may be customized in terms of initial hardness values for specific applications.
